Do I need my own design program?

Yes.  All designs need to go through our software program Closet Pro.

How do I place an order?

All ordering is done directly through our Closet Pro software. Simply submit your order to begin the process/move to production. If you have any questions, please contact info@kileymfg.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long does it take to ship?

Most jobs ship within 10-15 business days. For any jobs with molded or 5-piece doors/drawers will be directly shipped to you.  These lead times can take 21-28 days.

What if I need something custom?

We’re used to dealing with “custom”.  Any time something is not offered on our software please contact us directly by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .

Do you rush orders?

Rush orders are done at an upcharge depending on how quickly you need it.  Please contact a sale representative directly at 847-214-9212 if you have any specific questions.

Can you deliver right to my jobsite, the day of installation?

We deliver right to your place of business.  A loading dock is required for all deliveries. The driver is not responsible for unloading any goods or materials. Customers are responsible for all unloading.

What is your warranty on damaged parts?

All parts come with a lifetime warranty.  Any items that arrive damaged will require pictures and replacement parts will be sent out within 1-2 business days.

When is payment due, and what forms of payments are accepted?

Payment is required at the time of your order. All major credit cards accepted.
