Shipping and Receiving Policies

Kiley Manufacturing has established the following product receipt procedures. These procedures should be followed when an independent carrier is used for shipment or when Kiley Manufacturing makes the delivery.   Returns will not be accepted unless the Product Return Report form is filled out and returned within 24 hours of receipt of product. If hidden manufacturing defects are discovered, notification must be made within seven (7) days from receipt.  We do not accept returns for non‐defective items, design changes, or any other reasons other than manufacturing damage. Obvious damage from independent carrier or shipping company is non‐returnable and correct claims must be filled with contracted carrier.

We make every effort to ship orders complete, however we are occasionally caught short on an item. We will, at your request, either hold the entire order till it can be shipped complete or ship it as a partial and create a Backorder, which would then be shipped once in stock. However, we do not ship the Back‐Ordered items freight free.  Additional shipping charges will be added to the invoice.  

Errors in shipping that are the fault of Kiley Manufacturing will be corrected at Kiley Manufacturing  expense.

24 Hour Production Change Fee: Please note that after a 24 hour window from when yourorder was placed a strict change fee policy will become effective. After the 24 hour graceperiod your order will be processed and pushed through to production. Any change will result in a $250 charge.

Skid Fee: For every job box used for your order there will be a $50 skidfee added to your total.

Delivery: Delivery drivers will not assist with unloading goods or materials. Customers are responsible for all unloading.  Forklift accessibility at delivery location is preferred. Not all delivery trucks have a lift gate and products may have to be manually unloaded into a staging area by customer.
